Please complete a new form for each program for which you register. You will receive an E-mail confirmation of your registration.

To guarantee your reservation, registration fees (check or money order made to the order of UNCW/CESTEM) must be sent through US Postal Services and received within 14 working days at:

At this time we are unable to accept registration fees on-line.

Payment of registration fees after the new fiscal year may be requested by calling CESTEM, 910.962.3168. Please note this requires written approval by a school administrator with fiscal authority.
